Refund Policy

We aim to maintain transparent and fair refund terms for all projects and services. This policy outlines the conditions under which refunds apply.

Full Refund Eligibility

When your server is with us, we maintain full control over deployment, backups, security, and project environment management. This allows us to cleanly reverse any work and guarantee a complete refund with no ambiguity over asset access.

Partial Refund for Client-Managed Servers

If the project is deployed on your own server or infrastructure, and you have access to project files, backups, themes, or source code, then a maximum refund of 50% will apply.

This policy exists because project assets — custom themes, configurations, and development work — may already be transferred or accessible on your end. The 50% cap reflects the development effort already delivered and available to you.

Special Case: Full Refund Still Possible

Even on a client-managed server, we may still provide a full refund if all of the following conditions are met:

• No production usage or deployment has taken place
• No copies of our themes, code, or custom work have been retained
• You confirm in writing that our code, design, or assets will not be reused, shared, or implemented elsewhere

Requests under this provision are reviewed case by case and confirmed in writing before any refund is issued.

Additional Notes

• Refund requests must be submitted within the agreed project review period stated in your SOW or proposal
• Third-party licences, paid extensions, server costs, and external service charges are non-refundable
• Custom development completed as per approved requirements may be subject to partial refund terms only
• Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days of approval
